Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. In order for us to guarantee delivery, all orders must have complete and accurate shipping information, including phone number for the ship-to address. Kolachi Mehndi will not be responsible for incorrect addresses and incorrect information entered.
Shipping/Delivery Policy:
After you place an order please allow 2-7 days for delivery. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Most of the time, orders are delivered within 2-5 days in all major cities of Pakistan. However, it largely depends on when the order was placed, processed and dispatched as well as delivery location. Since Kolachi Mehndi stays fresh in the freezer for up to 6 months, you can order well in advance and not have to worry about the exact date you will receive the order. When you receive your order, please place product in the freezer immediately. Take out 10-15 minutes before use.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Since natural henna is a perishable product we cannot accept returns on any orders as we cannot guarantee that the product will maintain its original quality being shipped back. However, Kolachi Mehndi is fully committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you can contact us via Direct Message on Instagram @kolachimehndi and your concerns will be gladly addressed.
The price of returned parcels to Kolachi Mehndi due to incorrect or incomplete address or cell phone details will be borne by the customer.
At Kolachi Mehndi, we take pride in satisfying every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, please contact us via direct message on our instagram page @kolachimehndi and share proof of purchase (your order number), along with photographic evidence of the cause of dissatisfaction. We will address your issue within 48 hours of viewing the complaint and help facilitate a solution.
